Who we are

PayoutPulse (https://payoutpulse.co.uk) publishes data about casino withdrawal times. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: privacy@payoutpulse.co.uk.

What we collect: as close to nothing as we can manage

Payout reports. When you submit a report we store the casino, payment method, request and arrival times, amount band, verification flags, and any notes you add — nothing about you. No account, no email, no name, and we do not store your IP address or any identifier derived from it. Please don't put personal details in the notes field; if you do, moderators remove or reject them.

Transient anti-abuse processing. To stop spam, your IP address is checked against a short-lived in-memory rate limit and (when enabled) passed to Cloudflare Turnstile for bot detection at the moment you submit. It is processed transiently for that purpose and is not written to our database. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.

Hosting logs. Like effectively every website, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes IP addresses transiently in serving requests and keeps short-lived operational logs as our processor.

Cookies and analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless and does not track you across sites: it records anonymised, aggregated visit data (page, country, device type) and cannot identify you. We set no advertising cookies. If our analytics approach changes, this notice will be updated first and consent sought where required.

What we publish

Only aggregated, de-identified statistics — medians, sample sizes and dates. Individual reports are never published and free-text notes are only seen by moderators.

How long we keep it

Report data is anonymous at the point of collection and is retained, since it is the product. Moderation decisions are kept in an audit log.

Who we share it with

Service providers who process data on our behalf: our hosting provider (Vercel), our database provider, and Cloudflare (bot detection on the submission form, when enabled). We do not sell personal data and no third party receives it for their own purposes.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, object to or restrict our processing, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Email privacy@payoutpulse.co.uk. If you're unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Age

This site concerns gambling and is intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Support with gambling is available at BeGambleAware.org.
